Casual Sales Assistant

Are you a retail SUPERSTAR? If you are, we are looking for YOU to join us as a Sales Assistant for our Te Rapa Store in Hamilton.
This is a casual position where you will be on call on weekdays, late nights, and weekends.
To be successful you will be: Passionate about customers' needs and the customer will be at the centre of all you do!
A self-starter with drive to support our customers in their journey to and through parenthood.
Technology savvy with the highest level of comfort with computers.
A self-starter with drive to support our Store Manager and team to achieve company goals and incentives.
We are looking for someone with personality plus to help take charge of this store, and knock it out of the park, for someone with the following essential skills: Highest level of customer service, to build rapport with our customers.
Strong Sales focus, to achieve store targets as set by the Regional Manager.
Ability to be part of a team in an ever-changing environment.
Communication skills at the highest level.
Understanding of KPI performance indicators such as Items per Sale, Average Sale, Gross Margin, Dead Stock, Low Stock, receipting of stock.
Flexibility, as you will be required to work some public holidays, weekends, and late nights.
Product knowledge is a vital part of our business, and we will provide you with direct access to our suppliers for the best training in the business.
