Casual Medical Receptionist

Avanti ultrasound is Hamilton's newest ultrasound clinic. We are a small but friendly team who are dedicated to providing an excellent ultrasound experience for our patients and referring doctors.
We are keen to find our newest team member for the role of medical receptionist. This is a casual role with an immediate start. We have regular hours available for the right candidate for the next 3 months or more.
The role:
Entering patient information and scheduling patient appointments
Providing a high level of patient care
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Meeting and greeting patients
Taking payments
Having the flexibility to cover additional hours on a casual basis
Assisting with the upkeep of the clinic
Assisting the technical staff
Key attributes:
Medical receptionist experience, ideally in radiology
Ability to perform tasks with precision; attention to detail is critical
Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times
Proficient in using Office 365
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
