Casual Customer Services Agent – RotoruaWe are looking for receptionist staff to welcome our guests and help deliver a range of front-line reception services at our busy Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park. Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.You must be reliable and able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service at all times, displaying a friendly, helpful manner, in order to maximise customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relations which may lead to repeat business.There will be plenty of in-house training, and this support role works alongside our lovely, experienced team.If you would like to gain some work experience, then we would love to hear from you.
