Our people need to support and foster this approach in all they do. About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Casual Caregiver at Woodfall Home and Hospital. As the successful candidate, you must have a certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) and/or at least 2 years' experience in caregiving, have empathy for the elderly, and be dedicated to making our rest home a wonderful place to live and work. About You: Experience preferred but not essential. Capable of managing challenging behaviours. Good communication and listening skills. Must be available for Night Shift, if needed. High energy, enthusiasm, and a team player. Be flexible and have reliable transport. Be punctual, reliable, and honest. Dynamic and team player. You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
