The whanau we serve come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. You will empower whanau to take the lead in developing and achieving their goals.You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for whanau. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support when needed.You will be organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
