Job Description: Our Summerset Dunedin Village is looking for a Nightshift Caregiver to join the team!
At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.
Our nightshifts are busy and diverse roles. You'd be working alongside 2 other Caregivers and a nurse on nights - helping residents overnight, ensuring safety, comfort and care is delivered as planned.
This role is for full time, ongoing employment, working a 4 on 2 off night roster, working 60-80 hours per fortnight.
Qualifications: Now, we are looking for exceptional Caregivers to join our Dunedin village. To be a successful candidate you will:
have experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role.
have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
be available to work on a rostered and rotating nightshift pattern of 4 nights on and 2 days off, with the hours being 2300 - 0700hrs.

$25.39-$29.95 per hour based on your experience and or qualifications.
Weekend rates of an additional 40 percent of the hourly rate.
Time and one half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a day.
