Come and join Woolworths eCommerce practice as an eCom Trading Specialist.
What you will do
As eCom Trading Specialist you will help deliver digital category growth through strategic planning and collaboration with various teams. You will focus on optimising eCommerce performance, identifying growth opportunities, and championing data-driven decisions. You will also collaborate on site capability developments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaboratively developing strong category growth plans + JBPs for respective categories
Supporting education and understanding of eCom category growth opportunities through reporting, data analysis, collation of insights + socialising across relevant partners
Influencing eComX EBIT delivery and being a champion for using data & insights to drive decision making in line with our strategy
Supporting and working in line with our Agile Structure
What you'll bring
You will bring a blend of strong communication, trading acumen, collaborative experience, and the ability to influence and deliver results under pressure. Strategic thinking, data analysis, and retail/eCommerce experience are key, alongside strong reporting skills and meticulous attention to detail. Desirable attributes include a business qualification, digital merchandising experience, and a solid grasp of category management, eCommerce, and commercial aspects.
