Near Plaza and square ( just 2 min walk to square). Our car wash guarantees the highest possible quality clean and finish. Additional services like shampooing seats leather treatment cut & polish dog hair removal etc will be provided if required and requested by customers.Now we need to hire a car valet manager to independently plan, direct, organise and control the day to day management of the business.Job duties of the position offered –Developing and maintaining adequate working knowledge of cleaning and grooming equipment and chemical such as carwash chemicals, lubricants, waxes, polishes, odour bombs etc. and equip new staff members and subordinates with this knowledge.Maintaining working knowledge of all types of cars, their interiors, engines as well as the machine parts Maintaining regular records of all incoming and outgoing carsEnsuring that the operations of the business comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Standards along with all other relevant government legislations as may be required and that all the staff abide by themPreparing and reviewing service level contracts with new and existing long-term clients and suppliers. Negotiating variations if required.Responding to staff as well as client inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts and agreementsReporting to the director on business management and performanceLiaising with suppliers, wholesalers and other industry professionals to coordinate business relationships and to facilitate the resolution of problemsRequirements of the position offered -- NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Business/Management/Commerce field, or at least 3 years relevant work experience is required.- Be reliable and punctual.- Be good at working under pressure and multitasking- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and team spirit.- Can pass police and drug test.If this sound like you and you would like to be part of our exciting team please apply today.
