This program provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge of our business; business systems, business development, fleet, workshop, operations and contract management, with a view to becoming a future leader within the organisation. Suitable for a tertiary Graduate or a highly motivated business-minded individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the business world from an organisation with over 90 years experience offering limitless career opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
Enjoy a challenge
Have completed further education - Degree, Diploma, Trade or have equivalent practical experience
Dedicated, practical, pragmatic, and have an interest in the logistics / waste management / environmental services industry
Must be willing to gain an HT truck license and be prepared to perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training
Must hold a minimum Class 1 Full NZ Drivers Licence
Be flexible with working hours
Interested in leading a team, inspiring and supporting people to achieve business goals
Willingness to gain experience in a number of different roles and locations during your training period
Must be flexible and willing to travel during your training period and possibly relocate upon completion
Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical

As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.

You will be eager to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company during your training - with the support of internal mentors every step of the way.
