Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
This role sits in AT's Customer & Network performance division, which maintains a high performing, minimal disruption road transport network that supports all customer access and movement and delivers outstanding customer experience through our customer service support functions. This role is a Fixed term role covering a Maternity leave from March 2025 to January 2026
The Business Support team provides support to multiple groups and workstreams in the principal areas of customer service, administration, finance and contract administration. These include AT Park, Permits, Leasing, Pay by Plate parking, Harbour Master Moorings and Finance.
They are a very supportive team with a great team culture and a huge focus on training and development. No day is ever the same, working with IT issues with our AT Park APP, creating financial journals for revenue to issuing residential permits. You'll love the role if you love a balance of customer facing tasks like emailing and phone calls as well as navigating and providing systems and data reporting, matched with an environment where continuous improvement is key.

This role will perfectly suit someone with:
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering on time and to specification
Ability to interpret technical information and convey appropriately to different audiences
Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
Great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships easily
Good experience of Microsoft Office applications
