The role
We are looking for a new Business Services Officer working within our Master Data teams, to join our friendly Global Business Service (GBS) team, on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Edgecumbe.
In this fast paced and challenging role, you’ll use your strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills to accurately and efficiently complete a range of crucial tasks. This will include managing data requests, navigating through various systems and processes, and ensuring all data is of high quality and accurate. You will also need great verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with a variety of customers and teams across the business.
With your ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work within a team, you’ll not only deliver a high-quality service to the business, you’ll also support your colleagues, participate in team work and actively take part in team discussions driving continuous improvement initiatives, data quality and team audit requirements.
About you
You will need be a great team player, have a passion for learning new skills, and have a strong initiative when it comes to your work.
Beneficial skills and experience include:
Exposure to an ERP system – SAP would be an advantage
Any exposure to Master data would be highly beneficial
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Being able to work in an ever-changing environment
A positive and resilient attitude
