This role supports the Senior Leadership Team and various stakeholders with insightful data on course completions, learner achievements, graduate outcomes, and more. Working closely with the Financial Reporting Team, you'll help ensure all institutional reporting requirements are met, while continuously improving and automating our non-financial reporting processes. Your interpersonal skills will need to be top notch to establish and maintain beneficial relationships with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver a full suite of non-financial performance reports, including dashboards for effective decision-making.Analyze and interpret data for strategic business planning and forecasting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality.You will work with some incredible people who are passionate about the positive impact we make to the communities we serve.
