PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Opportunity:Working as a Business Manager, this is a hybrid role that provides both transactional Executive Assistant support and Strategic Advisory and Project support to the New Zealand CEO, to help deliver on strategic and operational objectives. The Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the New Zealand CEO in relation to key strategic initiatives, assist in managing budget and/or financial information, co-ordination and compilation of detailed reporting and analysis, developing key written documentation including business cases and board reporting, assisting in the rollout and implementation of key projects, as well general administrative and coordination activitiesThe Role:This role supports the NZ CEO in delivery of the business' strategic goals and initiatives; having a detailed understanding of the business and the markets they operate within, this role also plays an important role in building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including the Board, Executive and Senior Management. You will be pivotal in ensuring that the CEO is maximizing the strategic influence of their role both internally and externally.Key skills and attributes:Business partner with the CEO to support and facilitate additional capacity to focus on delivery of goals and objectives.Provide exceptional management and prioritisation of the executive's calendar, to scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiencies and create productivity gains.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations and support the NZ CEO with general administration.Draft and review communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring clarity and alignment with company objectives.Develop key written documentation including but not limited to business cases and board reporting. Build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation, as well as key external stakeholdersShare collective responsibility for delivering organisational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels.Support and coordinate key strategic projects from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successMentor and guide team members, providing support and direction as requiredFacilitate effective compliance and reporting and delivery of CEO-Led Employee Engagement initiatives and eventsAbout You:5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role with project management responsibilities. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
