These outputs aretypically developed against the Data Warehouse which is shared by all fiveSouth Island District Health Boards. The contents of the outputs will coverwide range of health patient administrative and clinical data sources that arefeed into the central repository of the data warehouse.We are seeking Business Intelligence Analyticsstaff to provide timely and accurate reporting & analytical assistance tomanagement and clinicians throughout the Canterbury district. This role wouldsuit someone who is technically minded, a team player, enjoys workingcollaboratively and who is able to communicate well with a wide range ofpeople. Flexible working hours will beavailable.This role requires the following skills:Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Information Systems, Data Science,Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science. etc)Post graduate experience in related data analytics or BusinessIntelligence roleExperience and skillsin SQL, Power BI, SSRS or other reporting tools; some knowledge orexperience in Python, R would be advantage.Proven skills andknowledge in data manipulation/exploration, visualisation and insight analysis.Ability tointerpret technical requirements.
