We're looking for our first on-shore Business Development Representative to join us with flexibility around hours.

You will be responsible for As the BDR for DesignGlad, the main purpose of your role will be to sell and promote our products.
Developing and maintaining existing relationships, you will be expected to generate new business.
Build long-term relationships and develop partner programs to secure leads consistently.
Cold call decision-makers and workaround gatekeepers.
Deeply listen and understand business problems to brief the team internally.
Reach monthly targets and contribute to the overall company goals.
Highly organised - make sure we follow up with prospects on time.
Track progress in our CRM (Hubspot) and report to our CEO.
What is required: Business Development experience.
Proven track record in driving sales and business growth.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Great time self-management skills with an ability to work autonomously and to be self-driven.
Comfortable with computer and digital tools.
Ability to think outside the square and quickly connect the dots.
Experience with Digital/Marketing/Media/Tech companies would be much appreciated.
