Business Development Representative

Wheelers Books is a long established and growing company with offices in New Zealand and Australia. We are a leading supplier of books to schools and libraries across Australasia, providing a shelf ready service to our school and public library customers in New Zealand.
We are seeking a part time Business Development Representative (25 to 30 hours per week during school terms) to work with our team in our Glenfield office (North Shore Auckland). 
The primary focus of the role is to provide demonstrations of our interactive book website for schools (www.wheelersbooks.co.nz) to drive sales growth. Participating in relevant school association conferences and interacting with school librarians and teachers is also an integral part of the role. Developing relationships to maintain and grow current school accounts, along with establishing partnerships with new schools are critical factors to the role. 
Experience in the book selling industry, publishing or the education sector is preferred.
