We have an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about acai and promoting healthy, authentic products. Our company is launching a new acai line, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to create a new market for this specific product and to increase the brand image to the next level.
As a business development manager, you'll be responsible for promoting our new acai line, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with customers.
Location: Auckland
Work type: Full-time (30 hours per week) - Permanent
Responsibilities
- Manage territory effectively and develop new business opportunities aligned with company goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and generate leads
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for campaign success
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and seek out new customer opportunities
- Be the first point of contact for all acai related customer inquiries via email and phone
- Promote and advertise our new Acai line through demonstrations and other marketing initiatives
- Attend and organise festivals, events, and collaborations to boost brand awareness
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Oversee and manage social media platforms
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in marketing or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Health-conscious and physically fit
- Passion for acai, ice cream, and healthy food
- Full and current NZ driver's license
