We have a great team environment where we work hard, enjoy what we do and have some fun along the way.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Full Time Building Business Development Manager to work Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week in the Christchurch Region.You will be responsible for:Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growthIdentify and engage with new customers maximising the sales opportunities through offering exceptional product knowledge and customer serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersMaking regular contact with customers and ensure you understand their business requirementsStay up to date with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesYou will have the following attributes and skills:Reliable, sensible, and self-motivatedSupporting and working closely with team membersEnjoy providing solutions and excellent customer service for our customersUnderstand that you have to listen to the customer, carry out a consultative process with knowledge and confidence to close the saleYou will also have a passion for sales and hitting targetsKnowledge of the Bathrooms and Plumbing industry, or experience selling into a similar market would be idealBe energetic, positive and a team playerTo be successful in this role you will have a solution-focused attitude, attention to detail and great time management.
