In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and expand our market presence, forge influential partnerships, and lead strategic business development initiatives across Insurance, Utilities, Banking, and Public Sectors. Leveraging your industry expertise and networks, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our go-to-market strategy, positioning our capabilities to resonate with diverse clients, and achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and make a tangible impact within an agile, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Lead business development initiatives within the Data Services domain, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and developing tailored solutions that address client needs.Market Strategy & Positioning: Work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for Data Services, collaborating with other Tenzing service lines, such as Management Consulting, Content and Information Management, and Artificial Intelligence, to align and build capabilities in line with market demand. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive dynamics to position Tenzing as a leader in data-driven solutions.Client Engagement: Develop deep, strategic relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at target clients. Serve as a trusted advisor on data-driven transformations, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of data professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams across consulting, technology, and analytics to deliver integrated solutions.Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral that effectively communicate the value of our Data Services offerings to prospective clients.Delivery Oversight: Work closely with Project and Engagement Managers to ensure the successful delivery of client engagements.Qualifications and Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration).
