Key Responsibilities: Work with all BCITO sectors to promote industry training and develop pathways to support people into apprenticeships.
Achieve new apprentice enrolments and increase our customer base through prospecting and relationship development.
Grow client relationships, identify and research potential customers to increase sales and enrolments.
Provide an exceptional level of service to everyone.
Qualifications: A passion for people and a strong proven background in sales.
Confident working autonomously to achieve targets & KPIs.
Experience in cold calling and prospecting new business leads.
Skilled at implementing action plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
IT savvy with sound knowledge of CRM systems.
