Business Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented analytic thinker who is adept at breaking down complex processes and turning data into actionable insights.
Reporting to the ERP Project Manager, you will have a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring that our business processes are streamlined, data is effectively used, and decision-making is informed by significant insights.
Key responsibilities include documenting business processes by capturing both current and future-state processes affected by the ERP system and developing features and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders to validate the effectiveness of new processes.
This is a fixed-term contract until June 2025 with the potential to go full-time, and is based at our Headquarters in Mangere, Auckland.
