If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Brand Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing plan strategies. You will be responsible for various marketing initiatives, including planning and executing above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your efforts will help build our Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and drive business outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include:Develop and deliver marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and increased share of wallet.Understand customer attitudes and behaviours to ensure our offers and messaging are relevant and motivating.Manage initiatives such as new offers and product propositions, as well as above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns to enhance our brand positioning.Monitor customer metrics and budgets to ensure objectives are met and provide a strong return on investment.Collaborate with key agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing activities.Embrace a test-and-learn approach to optimise marketing strategies.This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.To be successful in this role you'll bring with you the following skills and experience:Insightful - ability to build deep understanding of customers, competitors and market to unlock opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative data.Ability to influence colleagues' and customers' thinking and behaviors by providing fresh and meaningful insights.Proven project management skills with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze customer and business metrics and provide clear, actionable insights.Enables supplier partners to deliver their best work by setting clear expectations and providing quality feedback.Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.Agile and adaptable to change with a proactive mindset.5+ years marketing or related business experience.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to showcase your marketing expertise, we would love to hear from you.
