With a vibrant and sophisticated approach, we are on a mission to build a luxury brand that resonates with our customers, transforming them from admirers to lifelong clients.About the Role:We are seeking a part-time Brand and Customer Journey Specialist / Graphic Designer to help refine our brand message to attract new clients, and elevate our customer journey. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining what sets us apart and creating a seamless experience from initial awareness to loyal customer. You'll work closely with the founding team to develop visually engaging content and maintain a cohesive brand presence.This is a fixed-term contract for 4 months, aimed at developing and executing our brand strategy and customer journey, and to create a suite of brand assets for the business.Key Responsibilities:Create and design captivating visual content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar software to support our social media, website, marketing campaigns, and brand development.Strategize and develop engaging ad campaigns that capture the essence of our brand.Map out and optimize the customer journey from cold leads to loyal clients, identifying areas to enhance engagement.Develop content for social media channels, website updates, and email campaigns, keeping the tone and visuals consistent and aspirational.Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute brand strategies that appeal to our target audience.About You:Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.Familiarity with other applications such as Shopify, Klavyio, Canva, Capture One, Affinity Photo, is a bonus.Experience with customer journey mapping and digital tools like social media, email marketing, and website analytics.A background in digital marketing, branding, or customer experience.Strong storytelling skills, with a passion for creating meaningful, luxury-focused content.Self-motivated, organized, and eager to help build a boutique brand with a unique story.Passion for luxury brands, and how they position themselves in the market.What We Offer:Flexible, part-time hours (approximately 25 hours/week)A collaborative, creative environment with opportunities to make a direct impact.Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.How to Apply:If you're ready to bring our brand story to life and guide customers on a meaningful journey with The Sapphire Merchant, we'd love to hear from you.
