We're on the hunt for a full-time Brand Data Administrator to become a key player in our vibrant and passionate Merchandise team. We offer our team plenty of benefits including exclusive team member discounts, discounted gym memberships, discounted health insurance and access to financial wellbeing resources.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeCoordinating stock queries and associated communications efficiently, ensuring stock data integrity.Assisting with and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and costings, all product codes, sales, shipping schedules and respective supplier communications.Providing assistance and routine administrative support in an efficient manner to meet the buying needs of the company.Provide administrative support to the wider Merchandising team during busy periods.Coordinating orders with suppliers and buyers.Skills And ExperienceTo enable you to be successful in this role, you will bring:Two years experience in a retail environment, or merchandise team.Experience in an administration role.First rate Microsoft Office ability (particularly in excel).Strong verbal and written communication skills.A high level of attention to detail and initiative.Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.How To ApplyClick apply now to apply online.If you have any questions or need further information please contact Samantha Brown, People and Talent Specialist on ****** closes: 27 August 2024.You must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
