They are seeking a dynamic and experienced forklift professional who is willing to get their hands dirty and join the team as Branch Manager and help them continue their growth and success.
Key responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Monitor and manage branch performance, including financial metrics, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve sales and service targets.

The role is full time, permanent offering at least a 40 hour work week.
The role and the requirements
Proven experience in forklift maintenance and repair, with a strong technical background.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the material handling or related industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the maintenance and repair of forklifts.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing branch operations.
