At Gibbston Valley Wines near Queenstown, we operate a Rental Bike Centre for guests to explore this incredible region by bike. This role is permanent full-time.Who we are:Gibbston Valley Winery offers award-winning wines and wonderful accommodation, dining, spa, and bike experiences for our guests. We are a passionate team that enjoys exciting experiences, new challenges, amazing benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional development.The role:Managing & maintaining a small fleet of 20 bikes (hard tails and ebikes) including mechanical repairs.Providing customers with a fun tailored experience, bike instruction, and knowledge of the region.Dealing efficiently with calls, emails, booking system, and rostering.Understanding & providing customers with safety briefings.Overseeing stock levels for parts, equipment, and bikes.Pick up and drop off for customers around the local region.Passion for mountain biking and the outdoors.Mechanical know-how.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.A full driver's license with P endorsement is required for this role.First Aid certification is preferable.Does this sound like you?
