About: Based in beautiful Queenstown where fun and adventure exists all year round, Fergburger started as a hole in a wall down a hard to find alley in 2001. About Role:
Responsible for providing outstanding guest experiences and being an expert in all things wine, spirits and cocktails.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
Provide an exceptional level of service in every guest interaction
Assess customers needs and preferences to make recommendations
Prepare garnishes
Create effective relationships with the Kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Bar and table service
Monitoring of stock levels and accurate reporting
Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times
Requirements:
2+ years working in a high-volume bar or high end food and beverage role
Service and sales focused, an ability to work quickly and multitask to make everything about our customers
Alcohol knowledge is essential
High standard of grooming and presentation
LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate highly desirable
Flexibility in rosters working morning, afternoon & night shifts
Full time role - 40 hours per week
