ABOUT YOU:
Min 3 years Barista experience
Exceptional customer service standards
Latte art and coffee references
Ability to create a loyal following
Performing preventive maintenance
Duty Managers Licence a bonus
This role would suit someone who is passionate about coffee and wants to create a bespoke hub of like-minded coffee aficionados. You love a chat but can work at pace whilst maintaining the high standard of delicious hot beverages. Consistency is the name of the game here.
