We are seeking a full-time Bar Supervisor to bring their experience as well as their flair to our team. We want you to have fun as well as bring your passion for delivering great service to our guests.

Our stunning bar is a pleasure to work in with its floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of the Southern Alps as well as taking in some plane spotting. The Hotel bar offers a relaxing environment to guests in which they can soak in the atmosphere with a variety of food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities | Nga haepapa
Supervising the bar areas whilst on shift.
Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests.
Preparation of the bar for a successful service.
Settling guest accounts.
Ensure highest possible standard of hygiene.
Promote a dynamic team environment.
Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints.
Be pro-active in adhering to Sale of Liquor responsibilities.
Maintain a sound knowledge of the hotel's procedures and policies.
About you | Ko koe tenei
Previous Supervisory experience.
An interest in Beverage trends and the curiosity to learn new products.
Excellent Communicator with exceptional time management skills.
Understanding of Sale of Liquor Act.
Fantastic organizational skills.
Ability to work both individually and in a team.
Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
Valid Right to Work in NZ.
