Bakery Staff Required

Florentines is offering an excellent role for bakery support, machine mixers, ingredient preparation, and packing. There is no Saturday or Sunday work, so weekends off.
Typically, 40 hours per week with start times varying between 6am - 2.30pm or an afternoon shift from 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday.
We are an established and growing food manufacturing company producing a range of frozen bakery products, premium cakes, and desserts for the foodservice and retail markets in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
You will be part of a team responsible for producing high-quality products, and experience is preferred.
We require people who are self-motivated, flexible, and strong (as heavy lifting is required), while keen to get stuck in and make a difference. Success in this role will be all about attitude, but accuracy, attention to detail, quality, and working in a fast-paced environment are also crucial to our operation.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
Supporting our baking and finishing teams while understanding the need for accuracy.
Using depositing machines and/or operating in-line equipment.
In-line food manufacturing procedures.
Maintaining a safe work environment.
