Bakery Manager

NEW WORLD KAIKOURA, JOB VACANCY BAKERY MANAGER– PERMANENT FULL TIME We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Bakery Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Days are negotiable but will include a weekend day.
Daily Tasks Involved in the role: Creating and overseeing the production list to create a full range of high quality bakery products that are baked daily.Overseeing the training of all team members, including the signing off of bakery apprentice workbooks.Ordering and maintaining all essential bakery needs for the creation and display of goods.Implementing and ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are met.Delivering exceptional customer service.Ensuring all products are merchandised to a high standard.Ensuring all bakery equipment is operated and maintained correctly, and team members are trained to operate safely.Leading positive and supportive working relationships within the whole bakery team and the wider New World Kaikoura team.
