Do you have a good understanding of the technology behind baking and the expertise to use specialised equipment effectively maximising profit and productivity in a large Supermarket Bakery?
Are you able to efficiently weigh, mix, deposit, roll and laminate pastry, dough and cake batters?
Do you have a flair for baking appetizing Breads, Pastry Goods and Cakes ?
We are looking for a Baker who has high personal presentation standards and high degrees of self-motivation. The successful applicant will have proven communication skills and show the ability to use their initiative and have the drive and enthusiasm for the position. Reporting to the Bakery Manager you will be responsible for helping to ensure the department runs smoothly and all appropriate targets are met or exceeded.

The position is: Full Time Permanent 3am to 11.30am – 5 days - including a weekend day. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
