Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to…Create a culture of engagement, passion for sales and a thirst for constant growth to help our people be their absolute best.Strive passionately to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.Coach, mentor and support the productivity of the sales team to achieve commercial success.Assist the Aotearoa Business Manager with the short, mid and long-term strategy to ensure B2B remains a growth driver for the business.Work closely with the NZ Leadership Team and the ANZ B2B teams, to ensure consistency of Nespresso Professional.Manage stakeholders across NZ, ANZ and globally in a complex matrix organisation.Constantly look for ways to streamline end-to-end processes to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.Maintain close relationships with international and market key accounts.Understand the competitor environment and possess the ability to foresee and react to market trends.This role requires strong business acumen, previous success in Commercial Sales Leadership, ideally in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG Company/Channels, and being a team-first leader.
