Automation Engineer - Graduate Entry Level Role BREMCA Automation Limited, a leading supplier and integrator of Automation & Control Solutions, are looking for additional Graduate or Entry Level Automation Engineers to join our Christchurch team.
With significant projects in the pipeline for 2025, we are keen to hear from motivated individuals with an understanding of automation and controls integration, working with PLC's, HMI's, SCADA, Telemetry and software systems.
Ideally you will be a recent, or are about to graduate, in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, looking to start your career in the specialist area of Automation.
As a member of one of our specialist teams focused on SCADA, 3Waters and Industrial Process Control, you will find a supportive and ambitious environment, mentored and supported by our diversely experienced group of engineers.
The ideal candidates will have: A Mechatronics or Electrical engineering degree, or about to graduate with a relevant degree.
Basic knowledge and understanding of automation and control systems, architectures, and device application in the intended operating environments.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in the use of software, programming tools and Microsoft Office products.
A strong interest in learning, continuous improvement, and innovation.
A desire to both engineer and learn to manage all aspects of an automation project from initial proposals and costings, through to development and commissioning.
