Au Sales Specialist

Your primary objectives are growing sales in Victoria, Australia through in market and remote sales activity to best execute on the agreed sales plans using a customer first, insights led, consultative selling methodology. This is more than a job; it's understanding our mission and living it. With the opportunity to see how our business has an impact up close, spending significant time in the market and in front of customers. Our customers want to make a difference to their communities. You'll help us help them do this.
Qualifications, Essential Skills & Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Business (ideally)
Minimum 2 years sales experience in B2B category or related field (preferably in a consultative selling environment)
A good knowledge of the geography within Victoria and had experience selling consultatively in the professional market there
Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
Commercially savvy and an excellent negotiator
Strong with systems and technology - power user of Hubspot and Microsoft Office suite
Sharp with the numbers and quick to identify patterns, issues and opportunities
Good understanding of marketing as relates to sales
Able to represent the company and its values with the utmost integrity
