You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, primarily personal trainers, gym owners, and other fitness professionals, with the goal of selling our marketing services or setting up appointments for further consultation. Success in this role is measured by the number of sales closed and appointments booked, with incentives for exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: -Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate daily calls to prospective clients to introduce Athletech's services, with the objective of closing sales or scheduling appointments for in-depth consultations. -Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily sales targets, aiming for at least one completed sale per day. Higher performance is rewarded with year-end bonuses. -Client Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients after initial contact to nurture leads and close deals. Maintain a consistent and professional communication approach. -Appointment Setting: If immediate sales are not secured, effectively book appointments with senior sales staff for further discussions and potential closures. -Invoicing: Manage and process client invoicing post-sale, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner. -CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and facilitate sales reporting. -Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering support and addressing any inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. -Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Athletech's service offerings, industry trends, and sales strategies to better address client needs and enhance sales effectiveness.
