Are you an employee looking for the way back to the Public Trust intranet?
Associate - Service Delivery - Fixed Term - Part Time Associate
We are seeking someone who is tech savvy with impeccable communication skills to join our team of Associates. Every conversation you have with our customers is an opportunity to learn more about their needs, hopes, fears and dreams. You will understand that one size doesn't fit all and will tailor our offerings to meet the unique needs of each customer.
You will be the first point of contact for new customers, triaging their queries and making referrals to partners (such as health organisations, social workers and external solicitors) to gather important information to assist with customer onboarding. You will manage the customer experience through this initial query stage until the client has been accepted and handed over to their ongoing relationship manager. You will be providing support to our Auckland and Wellington regions and therefore it will be possible for you to work from any Customer Centre or from home depending on your requirements and preferences. In the initial stages of your learning, it is expected that there will be some need for you to be physically present in an office so there are people nearby who can help you to upskill. This is a fixed term role until the end of January 2025.
