You will work with talented, collaborative, and driven people that work at pace and hold the customer at the heart of all that they do. About the Role: This is a fixed-term role, starting ASAP!
As an Associate School Relationship Manager,  your role involves supporting the Education and Engagement team to cultivate positive relationships with customers. You'll make sure our clients' needs and concerns regarding our services are addressed.
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicate effectively with individuals across various levels Actively listening to understand and address customer concerns and needs Foster strong relationships with school leadership, internal IT leads, and external IT providers Efficiently manage assigned school engagement activities Lead and participate in virtual school meetings, ensuring they meet project deliverables and promote awareness of the company products and services Maintain and update school contacts Provide support in the development, testing, and refinement of systems and processes About You: Someone with prior experience in effectively managing customer relationships, addressing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams Experience working in a related role in the IT and/or education sector would be desirable Experience with Salesforce or any CRM system preferred Strong teamwork and collaboration skills full New Zealand driver's license Apply Now!
