This role has a function that is both clinical and operational; therefore, you will have excellent clinical credibility as well as an ability to ensure the operational objectives are carried out in line with the Canterbury DHB vision.As a positive role model, you will be working collaboratively with the Charge Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Associate Charge Nurse Managers, and nursing staff to promote a high standard of consistent, professional nursing practice that is contemporary and consumer-focused.
