Key Responsibilities: Experience managing the candidate lifecycle either agency or internal
Experience recruiting in FMCG, sales or manufacturing would be a bonus
A desire to provide exceptional candidate experience
Experience using proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter or Seek Talent Search would be a bonus
The ability to prioritise your time and manage a high volume of roles whilst maintaining great customer service
A solutions-focused mindset; you will not be afraid to go looking for the answers to problems
An eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvement
