About the role:The Assistant Store Manager will have the meaningful job of supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering a compelling customer experience through a friendly and helpful team in a safe, full, clean and tidy store. This role will focus on ensuring your team build memorable experiences and making your customers' D.I.Y. projects a reality. Your store will be your pride and joy – you'll use visual merchandising to your best advantage, aligning this to store marketing plans.

You have the ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team.
