We are recruiting for a talented Assistant Property Manager to join this high performing team who know the importance of work life balance.About the roleAn exciting and varied role at the heart of the business, you will provide exceptional support to several business functions. Working closely with the Property Management team, you will provide cover by taking over portfolios whilst others take a well-earned break, as well as executing leasing on new management properties. Assisting the Business Development Manager in client meetings, rental assessments and more, this is a role where no two days will be the same.Working within a vibrant, innovative and rewarding environment, you'll learn on the job and gain access to knowledge from experts in the industry. Regular training will be provided as well as enrolment onto REINZ PM4.About youYou must be a self-starter, organised and have great attention to detail. As one of the first point of contacts for the business, you will provide great interactions face to face and through all communication channels.
