She was amazing and we are looking for someone equally amazing to hand the baton to. Given that we have a reasonable length of time to consider the structure of the school for 2025, we are in a position to negotiate aspects of the role to ensure that the strengths of the successful applicants are fully utilised. The qualities that we are seeking are a genuine love of children, a team player with the ability to lead personnel and curriculum development, and ongoing desire to grow personally and professionally.
