This busy role encompasses a wide range of accounting functions to support the business.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring detailed transactional processing and reconciliations are completed.Month end tasks including customer rebates, banking related governance processes, month end close off in our ERP system.FBT, GST, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Credit Card, Capex management.Complete other adhoc finance tasks as required - such as reporting, project work and contributing to the establishment and training of finance-related processes.About YouThe ideal applicant will possess:Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance discipline (not essential – experience counts!)3 years' minimum accounting experience, preferably including time in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable roles.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.Accuracy and a strong attention to detail.Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively to ensure efficiency, and the ability to work at pace.Customer focused with a service-oriented approach.Tenacity and a positive mindset.*NZ Panels Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture.*Our workplaces are drug and alcohol free - all successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test and medical assessment.Apply For Job
