Asphalting Finisher

Shaw Asphalters are a growing Hamilton based asphalting and chip sealing company, nimble and dedicated to delivering high quality work.  Carparks, driveways, and entranceways are the specialty, servicing commercial, residential, and rural customers. 
Recently under new ownership, Shaw Asphalters are seeking a dedicated person with asphalting finishing experience to join the team.
We are looking specifically for people with a focus on productivity and quality - we are growing, and a looking for driven and capable individuals who want to be part of a growth story.

Do you have experience in the following?:
Asphalting processes, quality control and a knowledge of industry standards. Reliable with a strong work ethic and focus for what's best for the businessFull class 1 - 4 licenses, WTR endorsements, and experience with heavy machinery is all preferable but NOT essentialEffective communication skillsIntelligent decision making and problem-solving abilitiesGreat attitude and commitment to being a positive influence across the companyCommitment to health and safety, and support to the business to instill values around thisIf you think you have some of these attributes, we would be keen to hear from you!
