We have an opportunity for a reliable and experienced Supervisor who is ready to work and ensure our clients quality. We will ensure that you have adequate training and resources to fulfil a safe work environment.   Location: Porirua Full time permanent Monday to Friday 8 hours per day/40 hours per week 8am till 4.30 pm $28 per hour   Requirements: The Supervisor will be to support and assist the Area Manager, and primarily supervise the daily operations and the cleaning team. Smooth running of the contracts in a proper manner.     Your Responsibilities will include:   •                     Covering staff absence •                     Managing staff rosters •                     Maintaining all equipment to ensure it is fit for purpose. •                     Customer relations •                     Managing performance •                     Induction and training •                     Quality control •                     Administration tasks to support the Area Manager •                     Quality Audits     The successful applicants will: •                     Experience in the cleaning industry or similar •                     Be mature, responsible and reliable •                     Have a strong desire to get the job done to the highest standard •                     Be physically fit and have good eyesight •                     Have good communication skills, be friendly and have a positive attitude •                     Be tidy and presentable. •                     Experience in staff supervision, administration, and customer service essential  •                     Clean criminal record •                     Full Drivers Licence   For more info on our company, visit .
