Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with clients and working closely with the team to bring projects to life.

The ability to manage projects independently or work seamlessly as part of a team

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is the ideal and strong knowledge and experience working with NZ planning and building code
