SAP Solution Architect
At ASB, we're all about doing what we can to help our customers get "One Step Ahead" by giving them the tools they need to manage their lives and plans for their families and future. Our products don't just serve ads or stream movies - they underpin our economy and touch people's lives.
If you've always wanted to apply your skills to a large-scale Kiwi success story, then today is your lucky day - as we are on the lookout for an Architect to join us in our Architecture Practice!
The Architecture Practice works across ASB to help us reach our goals through discovering current architectures, defining target state architectures and creating roadmaps that show transitional architectural models, moving between the current and future states. They are pioneers, visionaries, and are nuts about turning technology strategy into reality, through collaboration.
About the role:
Being part of the Architecture Practice at ASB we encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile way while actively growing their skills and expertise to continuously improve outcomes for our customers.
As a SAP Solution Architect , you'll be shaping ASB's journey from SAP BS9 to S/4Hana/ TRBK in the Cloud, designing the future process, application, integration , infrastructure, and security landscape of the future. You will be working closely with the SAP team across a variety of initiatives.

This may sound like a tall order, but you have a supportive practice backing you, tribes and platforms singing out for your skills and a passion to embrace the new…. So it should all be a walk in the park for someone like you.
About you:
We'll value your proven initiative, problem solving abilities and ways in which you have shown leadership while performing your role.
We are looking for an individual that will easily build rapport with all types of people, so everyone understands, and is on board with proposed target architecture changes, and understand what that means in terms that are relevant to each person.
We expect a strong background & experience in Architecting and delivering SAP solutions and preferred if that experience is in SAP Banking Services.
We're pretty open to how you started your tech career, but the key thing is that you've built up your architectural experience to demonstrate deep knowledge of designing solutions across legacy and cloud applications and of keeping things secure and trusted, in an enterprise environment, championing cloud and security best practice.
Your great communication and people skills will help you build relationships, understand and communicate complex information, and get different people on board with the same plan. You'll be excited about the new, live on the cusp of new technology and how this can make what we do, better.
