We're looking for a motivated professional to join our high performing team as we are growing fast.
We are searching for a candidate with previous experience in a client-side consultancy role.
Experience leading teams, building networks and mentoring others is preferred, but a broad knowledge of construction techniques and a technical qualification is a must.
Specifically, you will have a good working knowledge of the Building Act, Building Codes and NZ Standards, and Contracts in the commercial construction sector.
Minimum qualifications include: Detailed knowledge of contract documents, correspondence and reporting including NZS 3604, 3910 and 3916 contracts and Health & Safety Environmental Act NZ.
A positive attitude and ability to encourage personnel.
Great communication skills.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in building and construction.
The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary.
Professional qualification and membership of ADNZ or NZIA.
