Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Aquaculture and Marine Biology.
Qualifications for Aquaculture Supervisor: Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture and Marine Biology.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquaculture and fish farming.
Proven experience in a supervisory or senior technician role.
Strong knowledge of fish biology and health management.
Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities for Aquaculture Supervisor: Monitor fish health and manage disease prevention and treatment.
Maintain and operate aquaculture systems including tanks, pumps, and filtration systems.
Collect and record data on fish growth, health, and water quality.
Provide training on best practices in fish husbandry and system maintenance.
